We are a family run business with two self catering holiday cottages in a beautiful peaceful setting with a stream running beside them.  The two cottages are a short walk from Carbis Bay beach and St Ives town, they are great for guests who are wanting to relax and unwind or those who love the outdoors.  Surfers, walkers, swimmers, cyclists and art lovers, we are fantastically positioned with many great places to visit around us.  

PENHALLOW

Penhallow is a unique 1 bedroom luxury cabin, tucked away at the end of our garden.  It's the perfect place to slow down and be with nature,  beautifully peaceful with a private mature garden, edged by a running stream.

BROOK COTTAGE

Brook Cottage is for a maximum of 5 guests.  It has lots of character and charm and is well equipped with everything you should need for a comfortable stay.  

- Main bedroom with balcony overlooking the garden

- Green room, which can either be a king size bed or twin beds.

- Bathroom upstairs with shower, loo and bath.

- Single room down stairs with ensuite loo.

- Open plan kitchen, dinning and living area.

- Outside dining, relaxing area and BBQ.

- Games room with table football, dart board and table tennis. It also has a washing machine and tumble dryer. 

- Outside garden hose for any wetsuits that might need washing down.
